Harm reduction is a philosophy that defines interventions, programs and policies that seek to reduce the health, social and economic harms of risk behaviour.  It makes no assumptions or judgements about the moral or legal nature of risk behaviour

ACDR offers harm reduction services at the following locations and hours.

The Backdoor Mission - 66 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa  - Tuesday - Thursday, Saturday - Sunday  10am - 3pm
CFOC - 158 Harwood Ave. South, Ajax - Monday, Wednesday - Friday 9am -4pm
