Affirming Places of Worship Affirming Worship Durham is a multi-faith group of Affirming places of worship in Durham Region. For some years now, some members have been providing faith-based representation at 2SLGBTQ+ activities. We have been involved in events such as the annual Multi-Faith Pride Service, Durham Pride parade, AIDS International Candlelight Memorial and more recently Transgender Day of Remembrance and World AIDS Day. Our membership has grown to 17 Affirming, Inclusive places of worship in Durham Region. Most of our faith communities are now at least partially open for in-person service. We are happy to offer you a Warm Welcome and a Safe place to worship, should you wish it. We send our blessings to you all!
